President J. Marvin Higbee recently announced the legislative approval of the new B.S. degree at Utah Technical College at ProvoOrem and Dugway. The passing of the Bull S degree came as quite a surprise to faculty and ad-minstrative personnel. "This new degree opens up a whole new frontier for the College." noted Higbee. Faculty members offer an all-out support system for the Trade Tech degree. This degree is only offered to the current operating College of UTC at ProvoOrem and Dugway. "We've had a lot of B.S. going around the College lately, and we feel this new movement will ad credibility to the . current B.S." remarked other UTC adminstrators. (They didn't want to go on record.) Students at the UTech college feel mighty proud of the new accomplishment. They believe they've put up with all of the B.S. for a long time anyway. Way to go UTC, it's about time! V Minis Awardls Press agents for Tech student John Pack announced today the signing of a major contract with Warner Bros. Studios. "John is a major talent," said Jim Squire, talent director for the studio, "we expect great things from him." When contacted by reporters at his home Pack was quoted as saying, "Hey, I'm more than a mega star now. And I mean it. Hey, you give and give and finally it pays off. I love you all." Pack's first film will be titled "I Married A Lizard Lady" and should be out sometime this summer. It will co-star Marie Osmond, a local talent, who will also sing the theme song with Pack.
