BBB Backs Off, But Action Suit May Follow "Prestige Modeling Agency of New York City" has told Tradewinds they intend to file suit against the Provo Agency which has been using their name. Better Business Bureau of Provo contacted Tradewinds concerning the "Prestige" ad. which the college newspaper was carrying. Tradewinds called the New York modeling agency and received verification that there is no connection between the New York and Provo modeling agencies. Local resident, Patti Miner was hired by Bryant Wilson as the head agency director. She told Tradewinds that she is not convinced that Prestige of New York was unaware of the Provo agency. An investigation is continuing. V
