The Student Council is sponsooring the pageant to be held on Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 7:30 p.m.. at the Student Center Cafeteria. This is open to the public and fhrm is no admission. Dan AndTwo Games Since the college doesn't have a football team, and the basketball team is one of the best in the conference, UTC celebrates Homecoming 'with the Basketball Team during February. This year UTC Homecoming is scheduled for the week of Feb. 23 through 28. There arc activities scheduled tor every day ol the week with TWO Homecoming Basketball Games topping it off. The games are Friday. Feb. 27 at 7:30 at Mountain View High School in Orem and Saturday, Feb. 28 at 7:30 at the same location. "The Student Council would like to see a big turnout at these games and give our team the support they deserve," said ASUTC vice president Pat Petersen. The rest of the week's activities are: Monday: Sports Day... Come dressed in your favorite uniform. Movie 12 to 2 . . .How To Watch Football - $1.00;, "Pioneer" in concert . . Sweetheart's Dinner Dance Scheduled By Pat Petersen The Annual Sweethearts Dinner Dance has been scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 26, at 7 p.m. in the Orem Campus Student Center. Tickets are available from any Student Council member at $15.00. This includes the dinner that features Chicken Cordon Bleu and also the dance. Music will be provided by .12 and 7 p.m. - FREE. Tuesday: Country and Western DAy . . .Don yer shaps and spurs and come join in a country-western activity from 12 to 2 p.m. Wednesday : 50's Day . . Grease it back and bobby sock it to the afternoon sock hop from 12 to 2 p.m.; Movie-American Graffiti at 7 and ;::) p.m. - 50 cents. Thursday: Hillbilly Day . . dig out them overalls and clodhoppers and come on out to the hoe-down activities from 12 to 2 p.m.; Sweethearts Dinner Dance that evening at 7 p.m. - $15.00 per couple includes dinner and dancing. Tickets are available from any student council member. Only 110 tickets available. Music by Light Year. Friday: Blue and Yellow Day . . .Dress in UTC school colors and get a special treat from the Student Council. A special activity is planned for the afternoon. The game that night will be at 7:30 at Light Year. Pictures will be available at the dance for $5.00. The evening will be a special one to remember and the Student Council encourages students to get their tickets now as the dance is limited to only 110 couples. The dance is GIRLS OR GUYS CHOICE. Dress is formal to semi-formal, this excludes jeans. Feb. 13, 1981 Mountain View High School. UTC vs CNCC. Saturday: Homecoming Game at 7:30 p.m. at Mountain View High School. UTC vs CEU. All the afternoon activities are in the Orem Campus Student Center. Help Needed For Play "Family Portrait," a great broadway hit, will be performed by UTC students around Easter time. If he is not in, leave a message at the desk. Classes Dismissed For Pres. Day 16th On Monday, February 16 no classes will be in session due to the National Presidents Day. The announcement is keeping in order with the administrations list of observed 1 holidays as directed through all State institutions of Higher Education. Regular class schedules will resume on Tuesday the 17th.
